Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a nice looking semi-dark yellow color with a thin cap of a little off white foamy head softly dieing off. This left some messy lace speckled about.
The aroma had some lemony sweetness with a touch of zestiness through some hop spice. White pepper split the background with some clean white bready malts.
The flavor was moderately sweet while pulling in a substantial hop spicy character and just enough bitterness. Mellow aftertaste of lemon, white pepper and white bready malts.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Mild carbonation and a nice ABV. Clean malty to hop spicy and lemony finish.
Overall, nicely done AIPA I'd have again if I could.

Can dated 5/15:
Pours a fairly hazy straw yellow with a lovely white cap. Lacing is heavy, striated white lines of varying thickness adorn the glass.
Nose and taste are in near lock step. There is a non-tart lemon scent and flavor - maybe lemon zest is a better descriptor. This is paired with a dank citrus note - including some grapefruit. This comes out a little more in the nose, as the taste has just a little melon and indistinct tropical sweetness added in. The Mosaic seems to be the main player from my recollections of how this hop can shine. Amarillo probably is accentuating things nicely.
A soft beer - light carbonation, and though not flat, it's a little dull on that aspect. Somehow that doesn't matter as much in this beer. It;s medium bodied and lets the slightly candied citrus/tropical notes play with a countering dank to pithy bitterness that cleans the sweetness but doesn't grab the palate immediately. A very slight build up of a lightly dry bitter feel does take hold, though.
Just an enjoyable beer that has a lighter impression about it - even though it's not too light. Refreshing might be another way to explain it. I just plain enjoyed drinking it, despite my ability to explain it.

From the bottom of the can: "CANNED ON 05/15/18"
Appearance: The body of the beer is hazy in appearance with a light golden color that borders on straw. The head is short and white with a slightly creamy and fluffy texture. It has good retention and lacing despite its short stature.
Aroma: It has a very pungent aroma of mango, garlic, onion, and oily resin that collects on the outside of a hop bine. It draws the nose in every time it approaches the glass. Fantastic aroma.
Taste: There is a slightly vegital but resinous hop flavor to the beer. It is like the beer has this mix of cabbage, grass, and garlic cloves. The aftertaste is a sweet gummy peach ring flavor. It isn't a craveable flavor but it is a bit interesting.
Mouthfeel: It has a light body with a clean finish. Light bitterness but no real presence to the beer. It feels bland on the palate.
Overall: If the beer was a meal it would be made completely of side-dishes. There are some decent flavors lurking in the rafters but there isn't anything solid to really carry the flavor of the beer. There isn't anything memorable or even defined within the beer. I might drink it if somebody brought it to a gathering but it's not something I'm likely to pick up.

Growler from solidfunk shared with friends.
Slightly hazy light golden color, decent bubbly white head. Earthy pine and bits of lemony citrus with a hint of earth. Fair amount of bready maltiness ties this all together nicely. My first beer from Ocelot, pretty impressed!
