Clear bright yellow and pretty good. A wonderful smell. A strong orange peel hop smell with a light sweet bread malt. Taste is less happy. Feel is medium but a bit lacking in character. Good.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with one-finger head and had lace patches down the glass. The aroma is clean and airy with minor notes of mild citric bitterness and something akin to tropical fruit sweetness. The body is clean and light with a light crispness that balances citric sharpness and a touch of tropical fruit sweetness.

L - moderate hazy yellow, not like a juice bomb
S - Amazing citrus nose when settled for a little bit. Juicy orange and tangerine with some dankness
T - Mouthful of pine and juicy bitter orange.
F - Full-bodied hop flavor with good carbonation

Overall this is a true delight. So simple but hits all the right notes of citrus and pine for me. Sitting here with my 32oz crowler having a ball.

This was my favorite of their IPA's while there, beating out Buddhist Prodigy and Gorgeous and Alone.

More tropical fruits but still that pine and resin of the others.

On tap at brewery:
Pours like most Ocelot IPAs, light golden to yellow, light haze. Foamy/soapy head with a few globs that stay attached to the glass above the surface.

Nose is a bit dank. There's discarded citrus rinds (orange/tangerine), a little bit on wild onion, and a wisp of pine forest just over the next hill.

Taste hits with a pine wood baseline, above which a little tropical and citrus play. There's a little more sweetness underneath the baseline than I'm used to from Ocelot. That said, I think it helps counter the onion note well. It lingers to the end, which I could do without, lending a little candied citrus aspect to the grapefruit pith bitterness.

Beautiful medium with a lightly tickling carbonation.

One of those beers where the sum of the parts is the key. I could go a notch up in taste or overall. I'd like to give it another shot another time before doing so.
