Collaboration between Ocelot and Civil Society - Hopped with Citra lupulin powder
Appearance: Pours a hazed pale orange leaning toward yellow. Not milky or cloudy, but not see through either. Big, rocky white head that retains quite well and leaves thick sheets of lacing. Pretty beer.
Aroma: Citra saturated aroma. Bright orange citrus juice and peel. Some melon and tropical fruit. Hints of pine and light onion. Light, supporting pale malt.
Taste: This is super well done. Dry, crisp, and drinkable - but with a massive citrus juice component. Light floral and resin. Minimal onion on the palate. Bitterness is firm but well integrated. Finishes dry with a gorgeous lingering citrus character. Insanely drinkable.
Feel: Just enough creaminess to elevate the Citra character. Still leans quite dry and crisp. Carbonation and bitterness are spot on.
Overall: Ocelot's best pale to date.
