12/18/19 stamped. Poured into a Samuel Adam's Perfect Pint.
Hazy honey fold with 1-finger od off-white frothy head with good retention and ample lacing.
Aroma is heavy lemon-lime with lemongrass herbal undertones and some melon and berry notes as well. Subdued and understated profile overall.
Flavor is pleasant but also mellow with a lot of melon, lemon, strawberry, and some pine and grapefruit old-school IPA character coming through. A hair more bitter than most NEIPAs which is welcome.
Feel is on the money for the style with soft carbonation, medium body, and thicker finish without chalkiness.
A nice brew from Ocelot for when you're in the mood for a more mellow NEIPA experience.

This brew had a strong passion fruit and tropical character. It was not super crisp, but the scent and taste were nicely balanced and complex. Really good beer.

Poured a cloudy, yellow body with minimal head and lace. The aroma is mild citric with hints of grapefruit and sweetness. The earthy hops provide a mild, dry backbone with a sturdy malt base and a balance of grapefruit hop sweetness and dirty finish.

Poured on tap into a nonic pint glass at EatBar.
Cloudy muted lemon yellow body, thick but not turbid. Very bright and creamy top of white with nice ring lacing throughout.
Aroma is juiced hop solid goodness. Muted pineapple but with excellent zesty like grapefruit citrus throughout. Muted neutral malt character but pleasant.
Juiced classic new age hop palate. Very nice creamed up hop feel, with matching juicy profile. Touches of apricot and good light astringency. Chewy finish with a fresh wet hop like character.
Pretty solid new iPad without going overboard .

From a growler, pours a very hazy light gold. Two fingers of bright white foam leave fat rings of lacing.
With the smell I get lemon, pineapple, grassiness, floral and a touch of pine. The taste has all that, but with a resinous stickiness. A bit of a drying finish but low bitterness. Feel is light bordering on thin.
Overall, a fine Ocelot IPA.

On tap at brewery:
Pale yellow with a thick white haze (or thin white cloud) that only allows a shadow of my finger at the thin part of the glass. Lovely spooky night lacing.
Nose has that lovely citrus note that accents a rind/pith bitter smelling beer. Tropical notes aren't big and sweet, bit exist within the generally bitterness. Again, citrus (orange/tangerine) provides the true fruit aspect.
Taste brings the nose along, but adds a hidden sweetness the nose maybe merely hinted at. This sweetness is truly welcomed, and starts to lean this into some of the lactose-aided NE IPAs. It's not truly milkshake, but has a decent sweetness and a feel that makes me think oats are involved.
This kept growing on me, and started reminding me of some Tired Hands beers (did not originally). I might be overstating that, but truly happy drinking this.
