Hopped with Galaxy & Kohatu.
We are loving how this IPA came out! Big juicy fruit character, full body and just enough soft bitterness to round it out!

Pours a golden hazy. Lots of citrus aroma. Tangerine and mandarin fill the palate with just the right amount of pineapple to round it out. Often times, galaxy beers can be overwhelming, casting hop burn and other unpleasantries. This is a great beer from Ocelot that you can order more than one of.

Canned 10-2-19
Pours light orange and hazy. Light head, sticky lacing. Smells tropical up front, with a bit of citrus and pine. Taste mirrors the aroma. MF is very smooth, with a little bite late.
Smells like a flavor bomb.. so many flavors, I got lost. My 1st venture into Ocelot. Loved it.

On tap at brewery:
Bit more cloudy than Ocelot’s normal haze, but about the same pale color. The haze turns it to looking like a white grapefruit juice, we’re it not for the foam atop it. Some “spooky” lacing congregates across the grass.
Nose is that oat-tinged tropical note of many a cloudy, juicy IPA. A little sweetness is involved as well as a tinge of grapefruit zest. Taste brings the oat and sweetness in the opening, but the tropical isn’t so evident. There’s a little more acidity to the fruit aspects, but not specifically citrus.
Feel is medium with a mild dose of oat rawness. A mildly fruit tangy NE IPA that is decently put together but sits in with a large group of similar offerings.

From a growler, pours a pretty hazy light gold. Bright white head leaves nice lacing. Smell is tart citrus, with lemon and passionfruit dominating, but also a bit of resinous pine and some savory herbs. Taste follows, with some legit bitterness. Feel is light-ish, as per Ocelot's usual, but carb is spot on. It's good.
