L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright, almost neon yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of hops, tropical fruit, citrus fruit, malt, and pine.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a good amount of citrus fruit (grapefruit), a decent bit of hops (not overdone), a little tropical fruit (mango, guava), and a hint of pine. A decent enough flavor, but it needed a little push. Some of the ingredients (i.e., the fruit elements), were a little thin. Still, not bad.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a not bad kind of beer, but it could use some tweaking. Worth a look.

This is for the mosaic lovers. Very nice showcase of this hop. Smell is grapefruit and floral. Taste follows with lots of tropical fruit, some dank notes and a hint of onion. A nice soft mouthfeel with gentle carbonation and a good long finish. Bitterness is quite mild. If this was available to me locally I would drink it frequently.

Poured on tap at Eatbar into a nonic pint glass.
Unfiltered with a nice lemon solid glow but not turbid. CreAmy topped white head with nice lacing of rings and sheets.
Nice pleasant hop character. Small pineapple, with a little bit of hinting mango and tropical quality.
Palate has a light but simple mineral and hop forward flavor. Hints of juice but with more pale Ale basic malt quality. Good finishing simple bitter quality, hints light astringency, faint mint like pine and herbs.
Good solid simple IPA, with a flirt of chunky NE looks more so than taste.

Pours a very hazy light gold. Big two fingers of white foam leave ample lacing. Smell is nicely complex, with guava, lemon, fresh pine resin and spicy herbs. Taste is similar, but has an onion note that tends to dominate, though not unpleasantly. Very light bitterness. Feel is thin. Overall, clean and tasty.

On tap at brewery:
Pours a pale yellow gold, with a medium light haze. Nice white head adorns this body, lacing comes in streams and splotches.
Nose is citrus rind and mildly bitter tropical notes. It's a moderate strength nose, with mango, tangerine, pith, and a very little bit of cattiness mixed together.
Flavor is a little more citrusy and fruity overall. A nice thread of pithy bitterness runs throughout, but orange and tangerine stand out early. A little mango sneaks in, just before these notes fall off quickly. The bitterness doesn't hit right away after this, but does linger into the aftertaste.
A little thin, especially noticed once the fruit notes drop off. But even stilll, a nice Mosaic offering at a moderate ABV.
