On tap at brewery:
Pours a damn near clear light bronze to dark amber gold. The head is near creamy white, with large amounts of lacing. Head sustains and feeds that lacing.
A somewhat floral (unsweetened nectar) maltiness. Lightly grainy with a hint of neutral to grassy noble-ish hops.
Taste also is a malty, with a dark honey graham cracker lean. Bitterness is fairly neutral, letting the malt shine without being too sweet. A balanced beer on that front, but notes of honey grahams, lightly sliced stone fruit that picked way too early (cinnamon, little nutmeg?).
Feel is nicely medium light, tickling carbonation early that fades to rolling with warmth.
A nice beer that, looking at the style, could be a little less sweet, if I had to nitpick. Just a fun beer to drink as a malty option.
