A-Pours a murky golden color with a slight head and lacing
A-Aroma has slight citrus hints
T-The taste follows the nose with a slight citrus flavor and weird after taste which I think must be from the flaked barley used in the brewing process
M-A medium bodied well carbonated beer
O-A decent IPA

Pours a hazy straw with bright white head. Getting some earthy, mushroomy(?) aromatics. Okay, looking at the hops, I think I found the culprit. It's probably my old nemesis Simcoe. There's some citrus but it devolves into this earth almost medicinal note. Like, have you ever had Lariam? It kind of has that note. It's not lasting. It's soft. It's otherwise good, but that unpleasant finish really creates some issues.
