Pours a pale golden straw. Crystal clear. Floral hop aroma. It's floral with a pleasant spicy hop overtone. The malt character is light and airy. The finish is kind of where I feel it comes short. There's almost a plasticky note. The carb on my growler fill might be a little low too, but I'm not holding that against this. I love Ocelot, but this comes up a little bit short for me.

A: Pours a relatively clear pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale yellow + pale orange + peach + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy pillowy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + caramel + toasted malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. There are light aromas of herbal + spicy + citrus/orange rind hops. Very light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + caramel + toasted malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of herbal + spicy + citrus/orange rind hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very crisp with a hint of dryness and a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable and sessionable - would pair nicely with just about any food (especially something spicy).
