Pours that typical Ocelot hazy golden. White head with good retention. Lime zest aroma. That Lime carries through as far as flavor. It's very pithy. This citrus character gives way to some day old lawn clippings, pine sap, and finally some chewy wood chips. There's a touch of chewy lime gummy too. I feel like this suffers from East Coast-ification. That is to say, that much of the characteristics of this are soft and rounded. The hopping however, clearly seems to want to assert a West Coast appearance. In the end, it is kind of flabby and misses the mark as a result.
