Would probably be a light Golden body if the haze didn’t lighten and dull things like it dyed for many hazy beers. Nearly opaque body supports a structured array of white bubbles sitting a finger high as I type this up.
Nose of unripe honeydew, grape, parsnips, and grape leaves. There’s also a generic overall fresh vegetable and herb vibe to the aromas. Warmth brings something a little like diacetyl buttered popcorn, but it’s so light I might be mistaken another note.
Mix of chalky non-barley joins a slightly sweet opening. The honeydew comes out from this, paired with some strawberry. Bitterness comes with an herbal/grassy edge to it. Medium light, there isn’t any hop burn to this, and only a light raw grain aspect.
A little bitter, perhaps, for a pale ale, although it seems Ocelot may use the style as much as an ABV indicator than the actual beer make up; it tastes like an Ocelot [I]PA.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
