I normally hate TIPAs, as they are usually very sweet and boozy. Having had Ocelot's Talking Backwards before, I decided to trust them with the style, and man do they have TIPAs nailed! This is a tremendous beer-- a *huge* dank citrus nose and a palate full of hops to back it up; importantly, though, it stays balanced. Yes, there is a bit of sweetness in the finish, but it is not cloying-- this is a masterclass in how to brew a TIPA. Sidenote: I had a 3 Floyds Permanent Funeral the other night, and while quite good, People Mover blows it away.
