Wilson showcases a hop near and dear to our hearts: Nelson Sauvin. And that unmistakable New Zealand varietal is sure singing here, belting boisterous notes of passion fruit, overripe mango, crushed white grape, citrusy lime, and kiwifruit.
When we introduced Wilson this February, it belonged to our pack of new school pale ales. But now that pup has grown up to be a 6.2% IPA. Still brewed with English pale malt, lots of oat, lots of wheat, and a gently spicy kiss of triticale, Wilson has the same soft and cuddly personality — it’s just a smidge bigger now.
