German hops come through as I expect them to - with a grassy-leaning version be. Light floral sweet notes in the nose betray these a bit in the nose, though the grass and ever so light weed still comes through enough. Cracker to dry cereal opening Threatens being a little weak, some lemony grass sneak through, finishing with green tea and grass, misrly dry and slightly bitter to beckon another sip.
Look is pretty typical for Ocelot, perhaps a little more amber orange on the barely translucent haze. Head and lacing are above average, and the beer has a medium minus heft that is actually pretty smooth.
