On tap at brewery:
Clear golden with a soapy head and spotty lacing. A bit of a grassy to catty nose with a hint of lemon zest. Taste has a honey sweetness and a little dirt note added to what the nose suggested. Fairly soft, with tiny-feeling carbonation bubbles seemingly acting as ball bearings. Leans an bit old school, but with a little sweetness and a softer feel.
