We pined hard and long for our own Munich Dunkel. Then, last year, we finally ascended to such great heights. We made it Over the Mountain. And now there’s no turning back. Over the Mountain remains an exercise in balance. Rich, toasty depth… without cloying sweetness. Hallertauer Mittelfrüh’s floral, spicy accents. Adorable little bubbles from natural carbonation. An approachable 5%. The only tweak between this year and last is a switch to all German grains from Weyermann — primarily their robust Munich Type 2 and biscuity heirloom barley Isaria 1924. We’re loving this dark lager. Times ten.
