Can:
Dark beer, though not black, with a light tan head falling in rocky crags to a thick collar - fair lacing. Fairly roasty in nature, but in a light-handed way. Dark toast at first, dark chocolate becomes more noticeable as it warms. Mildly spicy but mostly woodsy and burnt toast bitterness in back. Overall, the smoothness of this beer is what makes it most enjoyable - carrying the solid notes of dark malts and hop bitterness easily through entire glass.
