Comes in a 33cl brown bottle with a pretty plain label. The back proclaims this the first of its kind (i.e. light) in Russia. Hope they stop at one. Ingredients conform to the purity law. Bottled on 7/22/03, I opened mine on 8/27.
Poured a slightly pale, clear, bubbly gold under a white, fairly substantial head that lingered a bit longer than I expected, but certainly not long enough to produce any lace. There was very little nose - what was there was grainy malt. The mouth was highly carbonated, yet insubstantial, much like sparkling mineral water. The taste followed suit - anything there was overwhelmed by the bubbles. Some malt, no hops, no enjoyment. This beer is certainly "easy drinking," but why would I want to?
