Brought a bottle opener, realized it was a twist-off. Bottle opens with a loud "POW" of carbonation.
Pours an ever so light, just slightly greenish gold; a touch of haze. Quite pale, almost faded in color. Many, many teeny tiny bubbles rush up from the bottom, meeting a thin but determined head that manages to stick around. Not too shabby!
Aroma is a little harsh. Cereal grains, chemical hops, a little buckwheat honey. Not very appetizing.
Taste is sweet, bland, and astringent on the finish. Not must here other than underattenuated and badly fermented malt. Any hope of hops from the aroma is immediately dashed here.
Mouthfeel is fine -- but do you really want to feel this beer? If it's in your mouth, you've already made a poor decision.
