Three Notch'd Valley Collab House & Brewery

 

Don't blink driving by or you'll miss it! Open, high ceiling industrial tasting room. Not a huge space but decent enough size. Was so impressed up front made sure I went back a second time. Service was great, but unfortunately (or fortunately) because of the whole Virus thing no places were particularly busy. Had an excellent Double IPA and a killer Smore's Stout-both just blew me away. By far the best beers I had the week in the Shenandoah area. Went back a 2nd time for the IPA and had a Java Stout that was above average but not great-I tend to compare everything to my local coffee beer and few stand up i am afraid. Good selection and plenty of styles and beers to go. One complaint? Nothing to drink except tap water for the non drinkers.......may be related to the virus and not be up and running but that's pretty weak service and customer wise. My favorite brewery in town of the 3 I went to.

 

 

 

 

 

Honestly, the chillest place to go and get a beer and hang with good company.

 

 

 

 

Excellent brews, nice staff, cool vibe, can be very loud.

 

Little place that I think only offers tastes and cans from the parent brewery. I didn't see anything indicating production. The offerings were about 10 taps of 3 Notch'd beer. The offerings were decent, and spanned the range of American craft offerings, with some interesting takes on styles.

Hard to judge this place independent of its parent brewery for quality and selection. Seems like a nice enough place, friendly service and an open atmosphere. Since I probably won't get back too soon or (definitely not) often, hopefully others can fill in the atmosphere better.
