Copenhagen 25/3 2021. 33 cl can from Brygshoppen web-shop. Dutch Bargains usual design made out to look like a postcard with a stamp. This time with white-haired girl in a cornfield. The version I am drinking has a ABV of 7,2.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 1 cm thick lyer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sharp alcohol. Pale, sweet malts, bread and straws. Sweet bruised apples and hints of banana. Metallic notes of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a boozy streak. Finish is semi-dry.
Boozy ans a bit metallic.
