Copenhagen 3/4 2021. 33 cl can from Brygshoppen web-shop. Simple white can with a little black label incorporated ensuring that I understand that this is Premium Quality.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, roasted odor mingling with a perfumed sent. Dark roasted malts. Sweet vanilla, daffodils and brown sugar. Lactose and sour milk.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, fat, smooth, soft texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and laden with alcohol. Lingering. Finish has a light boozy burn.
Fat, floral and solidly infused with vanilla and with a decent boozy kick.
