We kick off the year with a concoction of our salesman extraordinaire Tjeb. He munches white chocolate cranberry cookies galore and that's why we made this addictive sugar rush in a can. As an ode to him, but mainly because we enjoy brewing this Pastry Stout with white chocolate and a hint of raspberries for you.
Can you kick it? Yes you can!

Copenhagen 28/3 2021. 33 cl can from Brygshoppen web-shop. Strange inverted photo on the otherwise white can.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a big beige head. Settles as a thin layer of foam almost covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong, candy-like, sugary odor with an ominous presence of alcohol lurking just beneath. Raspberry Tart, vanilla, sugar in abundance, milk chocolate and lactose. Liqueur-like scent of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thick, soft, smooth, creamy, fat, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong, sugary sweetness followed by a light sourness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light boozy streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is boozy and semi-dry.
Wholesome and Pastry with a capital P. More a dessert than a beer.
