Definitely a German rather than an Americen Hefe. Almost no head, light orange color, served with a slice of lemon, not in but set on the rim of the glass (and removed by me unused because unnecessary). Initial taste: Again with the cloves! Similar to Paulaner Hefe. Mild mouthfeel, slightly lemony taste, medium body, a little carbonation, dry finish.
