a good looking pour here. Clear pale amber topped with a 2 finger head, white with a nice level of density going on.
Light caramel aroma. Slight spice and herbal medicine. Grassy in spots.
Flavor struggles with identity. It seems to have the earthiness of some hops, a bit of grass. Yet it's more medicinal. The malt hangs in there, but almost gets in the way. These flavors aren't bad, just hard to pin down for the EPA style. No butteriness and no citrus, but the others are difficult...at least for me.
Feeling...kinda average. Expected some more bite, or mineral. Leaves a stingy-like medicinal end. Almost boozy
