As of 5/8/11 this page needs edited. This beer is not retired and I just got my growler.
a: A warm, orange glow with a nice, thick creamey head similar in consistancy to Guinness.
s: S sweet, powerful barley smell that transports you to the brewhouse.
t: A strong, alcoholic taste that starts sweet and finishes earthy.
m: A coating, thick mouthfeel that encompasses your whole mouth.
o: A very standard Barleywine that is a strong kick and a nice surprise from the western slope of Colorado. A great brew to pop in for off of the interstate.

Thanks to Ratman for sharing a growler of this one with us last Saturday afternoon. I have no idea how old it was, but it was very good.
Poured a medium amber color with a smallish tan head. Aromas of caramel, toasted malt and light hops. On the palate, medium to full bodied and smooth, with some hops, booze and caramel.
