Quite a good plan
American hops are front and center here, but this beer won’t punch you in the face with bitterness. Rather ES accentuates hop flavor and aroma while balancing malt and hops. Brewed and dry hopped with Ahtanum, Amarillo, Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops.

Taster at the brewery, review from notes.
First beer I tried, figured i'd start with the basics.
Pale orange, though slightly darker than their IPA. Bright clarity, lasting cap of foam.
Aroma was vaguely citrusy, somewhat dry. Crisp and clean with a decent hop flavor and bitterness. Orange peel or zest, light pale malt underneath, pretty standard in taste and structure. Light bodied and drinkable, not a lot to distinguish it, but good with no flaws.
