On tap at Allgood Lounge in Athens GA.
This is the first offering from SBC....so be patient.
Biscuits and jam. Perfect for breakfast (before your palette is completely awake).
Clean, dry finish.
Flavor balance is uncoordinated like a newborn's.
Is it perfect? Far from it.
Is it full of promise? Absolutely.

This is the first batch, and there is potential, but bear with them.
On tap at Trappeze Pub of Athens, GA. Taste is doughy biscuit upfront to suit the nose, marmalade orange peel comes through along with other citrus notes in the middle... Dry finish. Does not blend well. Still, you can tell they are close here. This is the first release. Try it now so you can see how far they come, because they will.
