This is one of the most unique beers I have ever tried. It uses the 2nd wild single, isolated wild yeast strain in Georgia, from a Cherokee Rose flower. The aroma and the taste come predominantly from the yeast itself. The end result is a slight banana pudding taste. Refreshingly different, mouth-pleasing beer. Cheers!
