Shadows are finite, fleeting, and fascinating - as are most things in life that are worthwhile. Another prime example - BEER! In this spirit we crafted Shadow Chaser, a session-strength-yet-super-satiating chugger that's exactly what's called for when your looking for beer showcasing stealthy oomph alongside enigmatic refreshment. A bevy of dark malts create nuanced flavor pockets of bittersweet chocolate, freshly baked bread, a full-bodied perception of sweetness, and ample bitterness to balance. When chasing the ever-changing shapes of sensory sublimity, let beer be your guide. More specifically this beer - Shadow Chaser Dark Lager. Prost!

This beer almost tastes like It was brewed with Wheat instead of Barley. It pours a dark color with a mild aroma and minimal head. It has a nice mild flavor. Would probably go with most meats because of its malty mellow taste. Not much bitterness from the hops, mainly on the finish. 25 IBUs Rated 12-3-2022

Light amount of off-white head. Very dark and clear, chestnut and caramel hued look. Understated, slightly sweet, medium roasted wood aroma, and smelling a bit like cola. Rather sharp, roasted wood flavor presides over a medium mouthfeel. The sharpness keeps on to the finish.
