An Oktoberfest - style Marzen, that's all folks! Big, melanoidin-rich maltiness from classic Munich Malts meets a super clean fermentation and a high degree of attenuation. Punchy and full yet utterly crisp and smooth. Drink with whatever says Fall to you - Oktoberfest parties, football games and pennant race baseball, late season BBQ's and campfires, Volkswagen festivals, et. al. Prost!

This Marzen tastes a little strong on the malt balance, the hop notes and sweetness are great, but it tastes stronger on chocolate and coffee that I'm use to on a Marzen. Maybe they used a different malt, I'm not sure. It is still a good tasting beer but not what I expected. 40 IBUs Rated 12-3-2022
