Aromas of dark chocolate and caramelized figs mingle with bright citrus, red wine notes and intoxicating mulled wine spices. Bourbon barrel derived layers of vanilla and charred oak emerge, supported by the satiatingly full-bodied fruitiness born from a secondary fermentation on a profuse bounty of Clark County Pinot Noir grapes.

This beer has a nice dark color and a light sweetness with spice notes that are not overpowering. The hop taste is non-existent. The bourbon taste is the sweetness I believe, and the oak imparts notes of vanilla and caramel. It does not taste like 8% either which can make it dangerous. 21 IBUs Rated 12-3-2022
