Ya'll though sharks were all aggro and mean and bitey huh? Well I beg to differ. There's plenty of misunderstood sharks out there - and while they may be toothy when needed - they much prefer to swim the seas while smiling; nodding at and fist bumping their seabound brethren as they cruise. This beer is like those kinds of sharks. Aggressive and unadulterated, Shark Smile showcases an intense depth of hoppiness featuring a double dry hop at both fermentation and conditioning temperature - stripping all the proverbial meat off the hoppy bone of El Dorado, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. At the same time this quaff provides a substantially hoppy body and mouthfeel via pristine pilsner malt, a unique mashing schedule, and cool and clean fermentation. Channel your inner shark, drink it all in, and be happy.

This beer has a very nice hoppy taste without a strong bite. It's what I like in an IPA. With a good malt backbone and juicy taste, this is one of the better IPAs I've tasted recently. It pours a clear golden color with a medium head. 38 IBUs Rated 12-9-2022
