Juicy, tropical, smooth, quenching. Utilizing a fermentationally-netural yet thiol expressive yeast strain alongside Cascade mash hops and a mellow whirlpool addition of Saaz, this Pale Ale follows a handful of thiol forward experimental IPAs we've kicked out recently. Immensely clean and refreshing, Silly Rabbit nonetheless screams with a bright passionfruit, guava, white tea, and mango notes, creating an indelibly nuanced array of thiol flavors complimented by just a hint of clean malt and some fucking serious crispness. Quaff freely my friends, but remember Silly Rabbit, this beer is for human consumption only. (Recent recipient of the Silver Medal in the Pale Ale category at the Washington State Beer Awards!)

This beer has a very sweet and tropical fruit taste. It pours a light golden color with a small head. This beer is quite tasty and refreshing. The aroma is sweet and tropical and light. This is more of a summer beer in my opinion. 24 IBUs Rated 12-9-2022
