just my second ever from these guys, recently started seeing a few of their beers pop up in boise, which rules. this is a great hazy, maybe just off from peak freshness, but the hop profile is awesome and it drinks light for being boldly hoppy and a little stronger, real nice beer, they maybe change the hops from batch to batch, my can says cashmere and elani, not cashmere and el dorado and idaho 7 as listed here, and the can also says 7.2% abv, so some batch variance looks like. a great layering of the hops, clean ferment, not too much starch and haze and heft, drier than many, really good. yellow in appearance, pretty bright, pale, not super thick or as hazy as maybe i expected, almost delicate looking under a short white head from the pint can. crushed pineapple and white coconut in both nose and taste from the cashmere, its dry hoppy of course but there is no real falloff from nose to taste, awesome! light lemongrass there too, and then some green and orange melon, trace navel orange, and finally a little more of an herbaceous note from the elani, which i am still getting to know, and which works in well, grassy as it warms, some oils on the palate, bitterness really minimal for how hoppy this is overall, white peach and fresh cracked coconut on the swallow with a touch of weedy dankness, awesome mix, even though there is very subtle hop fade already happening with it. clean and neutral ferment to me, good water chemistry that keeps it light, and fast finishing, dry for the style, bubbly too, lively feeling, white wine and floral clover on the recall, high thiol to me, delicious. wheaty at its core, not too much body at all, and some grain flavor keeping it balanced in a lovely contemporary way. this was great, ill be on the lookout around town for more of their stuff!

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden pour, small creamy white head, Aroma is citrus peel, notably grapefruit, oranges, with a touch of tropical fruit. Taste is nice juicy citrus blend, minor zesty, and smooth enough to gulp down. Quite pleasant tasting and refreshing. Go down easy.
