Limited sustaining, off-white head. Light golden tinted, caramel color, with a dark honey tint. Faint, sweet, medium heavy roasted barley malt aroma. A slight bite to a slightly sweet, beginning of the taste. The sharpness lasts until the finish. The overall flavor is an off-dry, medium heavy caramelized malt one.
