I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a weizen glass.
Appearance: copper-golden hue with a light haze and a finger or compact ivory foam leaving a good lace on the glass.
Smell: kind of an autumnal, toasty malt character, with a nicely floral hop character. I like it!
Taste: toasty malt with a floral, slightly grassy hop character. A pretty faithful example of an English pale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I am digging this beer as an example of the style. It probably wouldn’t be a daily go-to for me, but for an English pale it’s solid.
