The Weizenbock was a seasonal offering at Ragtime. It was served in a 16oz imperial pint style glass.
The beer is a chill hazed bronze with an off-white semi sticky head.
It has an aroma of clove, banana and spice. It is fresh and inviting.
The taste tracks the smell. It has banana notes over wheat and grains. Spice is a nice accent but doesn't run away. A bit if dark fruit throughout,
Mouth is coating very small pin pricks of carbonation.
It's an all-around good beer. It really reminds me of why I should drink more of this style.
