Ragtime Sweet Magnolia Brown, 10/7/08 on tap, 5.18% ABV
A 4.0 good head with noticeable lacing, deep brown malt color as I would expect
S 4.0 mellow hop base, surrounded by notes of nutty bread and grains
T 4.5 Nutty Hops, balanced well as a mellow vibe, smooth finish that is not bitter
MF 4.0 Smooth & silky, it has a very nice mouthfeel
D 4.5 I really enjoyed this, I was turned on to it by "Barry the bartender" and from chatting with "Scott the brewer". This is a must try if you are there during the fall or winter! Kudos Barry & Scott on this one! Thanks guys....

Sweet Magnolia Brown, according to the chalk board, its an award winner.
Served in an Imperial pint, the beer is dark brown beige head. Good lacing.
Inviting nose of Molasses, brown sugar and wheat bread.
This is a sweet beer, but it never becomes overly sweet or cloying. The taste is of browned caramelized sugars, some grains and a bit of raisins. There is some doughy wheat bread late.
The mouth is pleasantly solid with a bit of a silky feel. Easy drinker, may be a touch to sweet for a session beer.
