Most definitely the best beer brewed at Ragtime. To be honest, it was quite impressive for the small/old school brewpub in Neptune Beach.
Poured into an imperial pint, standard copper hue with a small white head.
Nose; citrus and floral hops, straight up.
Taste: piney bitterness throughout with solid citrus notes, touch of floral hops and a nice breadiness with some zestiness (rye malt perhaps).
Mouthfeel, slick well carbonated, a tad watery but not bad.
Overall: next time I find myself at Ragtime, will look to this one for sure. Otherwise, the hefe isn't half bad...

Single finger head on a relatively clear amber body. Aroma is both hoppy and malty. Flavor has a strong syrupy and citrusy note with some pine and candy. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fairly drinkable and moderately complex.not too bad for a micro brewery.

This is the brewer's choice and it is a nice rep of a fine APA.
The brew was a bit lighter than others have described with a nice head and respectable retention.
Smell & Taste has a nice hop profile with citrus spicyness on a pale malt backbone.
Mouth feel is medium light with medium carbonation.
Highly drinkable if you are @ Ragtime. Goes nice with some spicy food, red beans and rice, or solo if needed.

Served in a Imperial pint, the beer is a burnished copper with a chill haze and a skimming of an off-white head.
The beer has a nice nose of pinesap and citrus. It is very fresh and inviting.
The beer is pleasantly bitter with good balance. Grape fruit, pine and some slightly caramel flavored malt. This beer veers very close to being an IPA. I'm guessing both Centennial and Cascade hops.
The mouth is pleasantly brisk and puckering. This is a winner. Best beer to date from this fun brewpub.
