After gently landing along Main St. in 2019, our taproom and brewing facility is turning two! We're celebrating, appropriately, with the release of our limited-edition, 2nd-anniversary beer....2WO. This special brew is intended as both a liquid milestone and a sincere "Mahalo" 2WO all those who have helped us reach this point. This 11% imperial dark ale welcomes you with aromas of dark fruit, brown sugar, and upfront alcohol. The moderate mouthfeel is enough to hold the bevy of flavors but not enough to keep it from being surprisingly easy drinking. A notable mixed barrel character creates the complexity our Anniversary offerings have become known for, making this 2WO worthy of the occasion. Bomber releases have become "rare birds" of late, and this ale will be landing in limited quantities, so we encourage you to capture one of these special offerings while you can.

On tap at a Las Vegas pub, poured onto a 9 ounce glass.
Look: It was dimmly lit in the pub that I was drinking in, but this beer appeared dark brown or black with a tiny amount of head.
Smell: Sugary with hints of berries.
Taste: Complex array of flavors (berries, sugar, chocolate). The ABV of 11% is noticeable, but not in a bad way (this is a beer made for enjoying slowly).
Mouthfeel: Moderate-to-full bodied with low amount of carbonation.
Overall: An excellent beer that I was fortunate enough to enjoy.
