Far from golden, this stout pours black as the night sky. Heavy roast characteristics, and mild spice from the addition of rye in grain bill, are mellowed by the smooth, creamy texture created from the infusion of nitrogen. As the nitrogen makes its way through the beer, waves of flavor are seen cascading along the side of the glass. When the gas has finished conditioning your beer, you’ll be left with a glass of black gold, and you’ll know that it has been Knightrogenated.
