In brewing, flocculation (or “flockulation” as we like to call it) helps produce a brighter beer due to the minimization of suspended yeast, making filtration easier. We left this IPA unfiltered, however, leading to a visibly cloudy appearance, while the hop profile works harmoniously to produce aromatic notes of orange and mandarin, detaching your senses and taking them to a tropical oasis.
Leave the cloudiness to the beer. Clear your mind and let your stress fall out of suspension. Let ZFG deliver you to a placid mental state. Enjoy your newfound tranquility, because the only thing you have to worry about is your next sip.

Another pour from like six months ago. First one to add it to this Next Glass owned database. Also reviewing the beer. You're welcome.gif.
Pours a brass color, decent clarity for being unfiltered, 1/2" white head. Aroma seems to push Citra the most, that orange and tangerine thing going, could be Mandarina also, its like Orange Cassidy is up in here, whatever. Put the title in the backpack. Amarillo by morning, who knows. But its a possibility.
The taste bangs on with an average amount of hop influence going in a singular direction: citrus, orange. Commercial tug job references tropical, but I'm not getting it. There is possibly a bittering hop I haven't mentioned, as the mouthfeel is more brisk than the brassy appearance might suggest. On top of that, at 8%, it does drink pretty easy. So hence, why I'm giving mouth feel the best score of the five attributes for scoring.
I'm a big fan of those Tom Petty & Bob Dylan shows in Australia. Not enough sharing of that album.
