With this beer, we thought it'd be princely to focus on peach & apricot flavors (Peachicot) and continue our exclamative sour series. We started with a golden ale fermented with Sourvisiea yeast (to help create a solid sour base) and then took the extra time to add 100's of pounds of Peaches and Apricots. Apricots KISS! your tongue early while sumptuous background notes of peach KISS! your palate late. Easy to drink and amusing to say with a tart flavor that sings, "You don't have to be cool to rule our world, we just want your extra time for a.......KISS! KISS!"

Another selection from a brewery down south, but the keg was up north at BeerNV. This is the first review of this beer for this Next Glass owned database. But not content to just add the beer, you're also getting the most bad ass generated content on this Next Glass owned website. Respect ownership!
Pours a color that is much in the same appearance of that of apricot and peaches. It lacks clarity, but hey, fruit added, what did you expect? Doesn't make much of a head. Small 1/8" like smattering, quickly recedes. The aroma hits the stone fruit aspect, but don't expect much else going on.
The taste is nice and much in the same vein, it is all about the stone fruit and a clean yeast, no bug complexities going on but its straightforward. So there is this deaf girl in my office, and I'm in love in a way. She's a tough ass ranch hand though, might be tougher than me! At least she won't complain about my music. The mouthfeel is just all about the fruit, the sourness level is average.
This was a decent beer. Should be fun to see where this goes.
