Poured into a snifter.
A: Amber/burnished copper, opaque, with a one-finger eggshell head that lasted. Thick lacing.
S: Picking up apricots, biscuity malts and some citrus.
T: Sweet, malty, toasty with a hint of cherries. Very sessionable.
M: Low to medium with medium carbonation.
O: Surprisingly good brew from the new kid on the block. I'd be interested in trying some of their other concoctions.
