Appearance - The beer was an orange copper color with a slight white head.

Smell - The nose was a big combination of orange and rye. It really leads well into the beer.

Taste - My first impression is spicy orange. The rye really begins to come through, meddling nicely with the orange. The spice lingers in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - There was a thickness that comes with low carbonation. The taste is allowed to linger nicely.

Overall - 18th Street works nicely with New Oberpflaz. Do it again.

Collaborative brew between New Oberpfalz and 18th St. brewery. From the bottle; " this hopped up Imperial Rye IPA delivers incredible juicy hop flavor and a crisp dry finish."
