draft. 15oz stemmed pilsner glass. dark brown to black, even clean head. good retention. aroma of malt and dark fruit. is that smoke? full mouthful, thicc, good chemistry, solid. told they will not bottle it.

Recently underwent a change. This batch has oats added which creates a marvelous, velvety mouthfeel. The new IBU is: 29. Very tasty, chocately ale. The malt shines through on this beer.

Taste: semi sweet dark malts, toasted coffee, toffee, smokey clean finish. earthy malt nose. Dark brown, semi opaque, refined tan delicate head with lattice of lace. medium body. Easy to drink. 35 IBUs
