This is billed as a wheatbeer that's hopped like an IPA . The ABV is not listed on the bottle or on the brewery's website.
Pours a pretty dark orange but it is very clearly overcarbed. Looks like they messed up the yeast.
The aroma is sharp and hoppy with some yeast off-ness lending a bit of a champale vibe to it and throwing everything out of balance. Not horrible, but not the sort of thing that should be put out by a commercial brewer.
Tastes like it smells: hops and befouled yeast. It's drinkable, once it's set for several minutes and the fizziness has gone down. But overall this is not an acceptable effort from a commercial brewer in the late twenty-teens.
