Lakeland Brewing Company

Nice location with a covered patio in view of a park and lake just feet away. Lots of room inside and out for tasting. I was there on a quiet afternoon but looks like it can be a fun place in the evening.

 

Very beautiful setting, right on the lake. The service was there, but the bartender seemed over confident or very bored at his job. Had about 10 selections available, beer was ok. Really empty for a weekend night.

Dragged my parents here to try it out on a Monday afternoon. Beautiful space and a scenic overlook of the lake. Decent selection across several styles with an emphasis on "hoppy" beers. Almost all of them were below average, however, with several borderline undrinkable. I would say they tended from bad to awful. Great place to hang out given the dearth of other options, but definitely not a craft beer destination.

 

 

Cool space as it was the Old School Annex building (skate park). Good indoor and outdoor seating with view overlooking Lake Mirror and downtown Lakeland.

Beer selection is limited to their 6 offerings currently. Eventually they will have more and also guest taps. The service is fine, but the beers aren't great. Some with promise and look forward to seeing them progress.

 

Stopped in to celebrate Uncle Bro's birthday. Cool place - old train warehouse? - with decent range of beers. However, food lacks and is very expensive. Not enough seats and too much noise!
