Had on tap at restaurant 55 in Dover. I happen to be a huge fan of their millenium ale and this is the same beer aged in bourbon barrels. I mean to ask of the purposely were serving it warmer because it came to me probably in the 50 to 55 range which was perfect. The beer was a nice deep copper color and clear with a thin head. Huge smell of bourbon which my wife said you could probably get drunk just from the sniff. Tons of bourbon in the taste with alcohol warming on the finish. Just a hint of some hops. This was probably not the most balanced bourbon aged beer but I found it to be highly enjoyable.
